Sorry! It has been way to long

But never fear!I have been running consistently although my blog update skills could use a lesson.

It finally got hot hear, which is way fun. I have been kicking miles like they are no bodies business. I am so darn good at running on a treadmill, but my pavement pounding could use some help.

Have you ever done something stupid? I did something stupid last week in the name of running and consistence, so I feel like I should tell you about it in order to know it was worth it. I set out some goals for last week. Those goals included doing the dish with a friend after work on Thursday and running 4 miles on Friday.

So I was all jazzed to hit the dish, which is a good way to feel about the dish (the alternative is hateful of the hills). I was jazzed that is until I realized that I forgot socks. NOT COOL! But I was already psyched and committed. So what would it hurt to walk 5 miles of hills in no socks? It shouldn't...but it did! OMG!!

And then Friday I went to to work with the goal in mind of running 4 miles on the treadmill. Again I was jazzed..again no socks..again did it anyway.

Friday night OWWWwwwwww holy mildy blisters. They are slowly healing. But in all seriousness avoid stupidity like that. Wear your socks.!!
