I know 2 posts in 1 day...my one follower thinks I've lost my mind

But...I just finished a few BBQ potato chips and a diet coke. And I thought...I wonder how that's going to go over when I go to run on my lunch hour in half an hour. Which reminded me that I have been thinking about food and fuel for runs lately. Oh and rest days and runs. Both have been increasingly important for my ability to hit my stride and feel good during the lunch hour runs. Any thoughts?

Plan...um not yet

I have not thought of a plan yet, I'm still formulating. One thing I know for sure is that next week during my week of unemployment I hope the sunshine will be peaking out for a lovely fall day like today!

Part of the plan for the week of is a lot of lounging on my new couch! Being delivered TODAY! It's purple/brown for real, that is what they called the color. It is meant especially for my booty, OK not really but I love it a lot at least I am pretty sure I'm going to. I'll post pictures tonight!

And I want to make this Graden Lasagna! And maybe some of this Black Bean Sweet Potato Tacos some cinnamon rolls...mmmmm. OK...but all that means I really have to hit the road that week.

Who wouldn't want to run outside on a beautiful day like today!
