I went to MI for a week and only got to hit the road once, but it was one great run with my cross country. run partner Noelle! It was raining cats and dogs and the puddles were insane. We were drenched and matched one another pace perfectly to keep pushing one another!
My rainy run reaffirmed my Passion for running and drive to succeed! Nothing is more motivating than like minded friendship!
So I came back and hit the workouts hard and the nutrition too! I'm well into the start of training now, and I even did intervals and strength this week!
I'm so excited for the training to come!
