I know 2 posts in 1 day...my one follower thinks I've lost my mind

But...I just finished a few BBQ potato chips and a diet coke. And I thought...I wonder how that's going to go over when I go to run on my lunch hour in half an hour. Which reminded me that I have been thinking about food and fuel for runs lately. Oh and rest days and runs. Both have been increasingly important for my ability to hit my stride and feel good during the lunch hour runs. Any thoughts?

  1. I think fuel is so, so important. I'm sure I'm happier on days I exercise if only because I'm more conscientious about what I eat. How did the run go?
